Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Within minutes to grocery stores , fine dinner and fast food, gyms etc . I have a ninja grill/bake/broil/stir fries/air crisps/all in one, a coffee maker, a microwave, a portable stove. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. This is a mother-in-law apartment on the bottom floor of our family home with your own private side entrance. It has a queen & twin bed, full kitchen, and your own laundry room.
