The space is a converted garage underneath our house with a private entrance & a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car in the carport The room has a double bed & fridge w tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during your stay. This will be completed by January 2027. Please take this into account when booking

Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use.
