Cilpentan Bach - smallholding

Cilpentan Bach adjoins a working Hill Farm with sheep, cattle, goats and working dogs. Our holding, stretches away from the yard with a paddock, large field, three farm ponds, a wooded track along the stream into the meadow, a legally protected, Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Spring, summer and autumn you can see; nesting Red Kites, bats, wood sorrel, bluebells, yellow rattle, anemones, orchids and fungi and much more. The fields are grazed by our Arab mare, Highland colt and goats.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Cosy Cottage in Garnant is quirky but very homely. The cottage has its own entrance with central heating and gas fire (Log burner look) for those cosy nights in, it has lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, upstairs (steep and low head ) bathroom and bedroom also has own patio in rear of cottage. The cottage is set within the village of Garnant, close to golf course and local eateries It is within easy reach of the M4. On the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons.

Its a self contained cabin on a smallholding on top of a mountain with fantastic views. we have recycled all items in cabin, where possible,Its open plan with a double bed, heater, shower room, kitchen area and wifi, water comes from a mountain spring. The Sparrows sits next to the main cottage, shops are 5-8 min drive. Perfect spot for artists ,walkers or for fresh mountain air. many local attractions. there are animals on the property

Waterfall Country, National Caves nearby Swansea, Mumbles, Gower coastline and many so many other attractions within an hour’s drive.

Safe little haven, mountain views & deep soak bath

Y Cwtsh is a compact all-in-one studio space suitable for couples, solo travellers, or friends who are happy to share the bed. THE SOFA BED PULLS OUT INTO A DOUBLE BED TO SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE. The deep soak Japanese Omnitub is accessed within the living space. Kitchen equipment and everything you need to self cater is provided. You’ll find a selection of teas, fresh coffee & seasoning for cooking. In the mini fridge, there are some continental breakfast items for you to enjoy.

Inside your pod there is a cosy double bed with bedding - solar powered lighting (with phone charging point) a table and two chairs and a gas heater! We provide a single ring camping stove and kettle with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, glasses and washing up bowl and tea towel to help you on your way! For 2024 we have also built a new shared shower and toilet block onsite! We provide a flask of boiling water, tea bags, coffee and milk by 8.30 each morning for your first cuppa of the day!

The photo shown is the main house. Self catering accommodation. Guests will stay in the refurbished coach house in the grounds of the main house in the village of Glanamman. Open plan living area downstairs, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, slow cooker and cooking utensils. Shower room and toilet, hot &cold running water. Double bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with adult bunk beds. Balcony accessed through main bedroom giving views of the Amman Valley.

*DOGS WELCOME* Cwtch Bach, A cosy and contemporary little barn conversion, Cwtch Bach has been thoughtfully designed and equipped to offer a comfortable and warming place to stay. Located on the edge of the National Park, the cottage is in a peaceful and rural area with several walking routes nearby. Just a short drive up the lane is open hillside with numerous grazing Welsh ponies and the most glorious uninterrupted views over miles of rolling countryside.
