The property around the cabin has many unique rock formations & a few small canyons that are great for exploring. The property is bordered on the East by the State Park & on the West by a 9000 acres Wildlife Management Area. A boat ramp is 5 min away & the State Park beach is 15 min from the cabin.

The cabin has a kitchen, dining room, living room with newer sofa sleeper, bathroom (new shower), bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, Huge Front deck, and fireplaces and fire pit.
