The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Az egész épületben ingyenes wifi biztosított és 2 db ingyenes parkolási lehetőség áll rendelkezésre. A nappali bőr ülőgarnitúrával és síkképernyős műholdas TV-vel, a teljesen felszerelt konyha pedig kávéfőzővel, főzőlappal, sütővel, mikrohullámú sütővel, hűtőszekrénnyel és evőeszközökkel várja a vendégeket. Our apartment is located on the golden coast of Siófok in a residential park directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake. An equipped kitchen and stylish, modern furnishings await our guests. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the free beach, where it is not only pleasant to swim, sunbath but also to cycle, walk, wakeboard and do sports. There is a parking space for one car in the closed courtyard of the residential complex.
