(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
