No. 36 is a perfect getaway for a couple (or a single traveller) who like to keep things traditional but have all the mod-cons at their fingertips. You are on a leafy back street with parking directly outside the front of the cottage and a field opposite over which you can walk to come out in the Churchyard in the heart of Swaffham. This surprisingly spacious cottage boasts a stunning bespoke kitchen and numerous charming features including a snug room in the loft and a pair of bicycles to ride!

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Dairy Cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location only 2 hours drive from London and approx 45 mins to the North Norfolk Coast, offering access to Wells, Burnham Market, Holkham, Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer, Holt etc. Also within easy reach are the beautifully picturesque Norfolk Broads and the historic cities of Norwich and Cambridge. This comfortable 17th Century holiday home was the former dairy to the adjoining farmhouse. Ideal for business stays with Wi-Fi, ample workspace and parking.

It is an idea base for exploring with Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by and a short drive to the Coast, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates.

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The gorgeous North Norfolk coast, with 45 miles of unspoilt beaches, is a 35-minute drive away, and the Broads National Park is a 45-minute journey.
