Whether it’s coffee or cocktails, you will be sure to enjoy the newly built decks. Cuddle up by the fire, roast some marshmallows, star gaze and take in the serenity this escape from the rat race offers. Covered BBQ area with seating for six. The large property allows children to play and explore and there are also local playgrounds a short walk down the road with the beach.

<p>The Tiny Home Cabin offers an inviting year-round getaway surrounded by forest a short walk away. With space for up to four guests, it features a double bed, futon, two loft beds, kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plate), potable water jug &amp; dispenser, TV with DVDs &amp; games, a private compost-toilet outhouse, and a private outdoor fire pit &amp; picnic area. Located steps from the playground and main lodge, it gives both family-friendly access and privacy.</p>

Outside, you’ll find a large deck with seating, a large natural gas BBQ, a seasonal hot tub, and a fire pit with firewood provided. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience."

Sorsele Hus is a bright, cozy two-bedroom cottage fronting directly onto Pigeon Lake. Built over 80 years ago, it has been lovingly restored to honour its original Swedish owners. The large wrap-around deck with a gas firepit opens onto a lawn next to the beach. There is public green space right next door for tossing a frisbee or kicking a ball around. The cottage is just an hour's drive from Edmonton or within cycling distance for those looking for a bicycle vacation.
