Come stay at our sparkling clean home just 2 miles from the Erie international airport! This home was recently renovated with a completely NEW white kitchen, furniture, paint, etc. Want to spend the day at Presque Isle? No Problem! You're only 4 miles away. Come and stay at the perfect location in Erie. This home is waiting for you! We have another vacation lower level apartment on this property(Airbnb). The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

The Summit Art House

This unique and artistic space can sleep up to 7 and is a very short drive to many of Erie's tourist attractions. We are a 5 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and adjacent shopping areas and about 20 minutes from downtown Erie and Presque Isle. We are also close to the casino, being only a 5 minute drive. Our space is great for a larger family or groups coming to town to have a weekend shopping trip, bachelorette party, or small family reunion. We do allow one dog, but require a fee.

Create new memories, watch your kids play, enjoy a beautiful Erie sunset and gather around a crackling bonfire, share stories and laughter under the starlit sky.

The Sunset Efficiency in the Brick House

Cozy little apartment tucked away in Millcreek just a couple minutes from the airport. There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower. The kitchenette has a hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator as well as basic cookware, dining set and silverware. The apartment opens to a nice backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Close to LECOM and Millcreek Mall Shopping Center. NO LOCAL RESIDENTS PLEASE! Just a friendly reminder that pets are not permitted on the property. If pets are brought, a significant fine will be applied. We host guests with severe allergies.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
