It is a spacious, spotless, private space for you to enjoy and relax in. We are across the road from a golf course (views across the 8th fairway from the front deck), we are also close to shopping, dining and many family activities. A great base for couples and families to explore Prince Edward Island.

Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local artisan shops. Fully equipped unit attached but a separate apartment to the main house but totally private. New glass shower, air conditioning and a lovely deck and firepit for those warm evenings. Just the two of us live in the main house so you will have all the privacy you need.
