This studio unit has a comfy queen bed, plus an electric fireplace and private deck. New clubhouse amenities include indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and tennis/pickleball courts.

Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. Check the slope reports and live cams on Sugar Mountain Resort website. 4 wheel drive may be needed in inclement weather. Elevation is 4900 feet for long range views that can be enjoyed from inside the condo. A set of Dimplex electric fire logs means you can simply turn on a cozy fire as soon as you arrive. NO PETS!
