The Nestbox - Country Cabin With Outdoor Bath

A private, rustic cabin, The Nestbox is located on our farm at Mallard Grange, close to Fountains Abbey. Mainly open plan inside the carefully chosen vintage and upcycled furniture coupled with modern kitchen and high quality finishing touches make this a great place to stay. Lots to discover; historic houses, gardens, walk, cycle or take a drive in nearby Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales, Ripon 3 miles, Harrogate 11 miles, Grantley Hall 1.5 miles. Two adults over 18 only. No doggie guests.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

No 1 is a 2 bedroom semi detached 100 year old cosy cottage with an AGA , a living room with an open fire. It is an unconverted cottage. So not a roll-top bath, brand new furniture kind of place! It is in the hamlet of Studley Roger, walking distance to Fountains Abbey and the city of Ripon. The garden is lovely. The cottage is a perfect base to walk, cycle, run , write your novel or play the piano. Well behaved dogs are welcome. We have an Ohme EV charger but you will need a 10m cable

The Old Coach House is a newly renovated period cottage tucked away close to the historic city centre of Ripon. The property has one double bedroom on a mezzanine level and an additional sofa bed. A child travel cot is available on request. The property is beautifully styled throughout and is a wonderful base to explore the Dales or the city of Ripon.
