It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Within walking distance of the local convenience store and incredible walks across the Purbeck Hills. We are also just a 10 min stroll away from the steam train that runs from Swanage to Norden; a very popular tourist attraction.
