Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Lilla Elma - charmigt torp på Fogdön utanför Strängnäs Välkommen till vårt mysiga lilla hus som är precis nyrenoverat med linoljefärg och naturliga material. Här bor du i lugna och fridfulla Elma by med åkrar och hagar runt om kring, bara 10 minuters promenad till Mälaren. Njut av morgonkaffet utanför stugknuten med utsikt över hagar och åkrar, ta promenader i omgivningen eller gör en utflykt i vackra Sörmland! Kalla dagar är det mysigt att elda i de två eldstäderna - ved ingår!

Är ni ett sällskap som söker ett lantligt boende vid Mälaren, som har privat strand och stora ytor med alla bekvämligheter tillgängliga? Villa Gurli byggdes 1912 och har det senaste året genomgått en omfattande renovering för återfå sin forna glans. Med privat brygga/båtplats finns även möjlighet att ta sig hit med båt. Boendet ligger ca 1 timme med bil från Stockholm på vackra Selaön, med närhet både till natur och rikt djurliv. Ca 15 minuter bort finns både Strängnäs och Mariefred.

Stallet

Det lilla stallet som är från 1600 har omvandlats till en petit gästlägenhet. Här finns inte rinnande vatten men väl ett gammeldags charmigt litet kök med modern utrustning. Toaletten består av en modern förbränningstoalett. Dusch med varmvatten finns tillgängligt i en intilliggande byggnad. Gården ligger i en lugn ålderdomlig by omgiven av skog och åkermark, men med idylliska Mariefred och Gripsholms slott runt hörnet. På gården samsas man med hundar, katter, höns och bikupor.

17th century castle wing

Welcome to the south wing of Ekholmen Castle, which was built in 1632. Here you can sit out on the terrace and enjoy nature and your company. Adjacent to the property is a large English garden. The 150 square meter apartment is on the ground floor with your own entrance right out into the garden. The apartment above is empty, so you live in the house yourself. If you think farming is fun, the farm is 100 meters away and there is always the opportunity to help us feed the cows.

Spacious house 1 h from Stockholm

The newly renovated house from mid 19th century is located 12 km north of Malmköping. A medium sized lake for swimming and fishing is available 500 mtrs from the house. Rowing boat is available. There are a variety of nice places to visit and sightseeing nearby such as Gripsholm with the historic castle dating back to the 16th century. Moose, deer and other wild animals are abundant in the forests as well as blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. Stockholm is 80 km away.

Genieße völlige Ruhe an einem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde. Das gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Haus liegt unittelbar an einem beschaulichen See mit eigenem kleinen Sandstrand und privater Seebrücke, sowie einem riesigen Sonnendeck. Wache auf mit Blick auf den glitzernden See und unternehme von hier aus Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung nicht weit von Stockholm. Buchungen von Gruppen mit mehr als 4 Erwachsen (plus Kinder) können wir nicht annehmen.

Beautiful country house by Lake Mälaren. Privately situated with magnificent view and a private jetty. The house has an open floor plan, lots of windows and window doors that open up to the veranda deck which surrounds the house. Enjoy the morning sun and the sunset from different sides of the deck or from the lawn. One master bedroom and one smaller bedroom accommodate a family of up to four people.
