A modern and cozy apartment in a excellent location. The flat is equipped with everything required for comfortable living. The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations. The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.

A perfect spot to explore Stockholm! This neighborhood is new, safe and quiet, just on verge of the inner city. 15 minutes walk to subway, 10 minutes ride to city. Swim directly below the house from a very nice ponton. Great views from your private balcony. You’ll also have access to the common roof terrace with views of Stockholm. Denna nybyggda lägenhet har en ovanligt bra utsikt, i ett nybyggt hus med miljöprofil, färdigställt 2025. Här kan du vakna och höra vågorna klucka. Två arkitekter har byggt en villa med lägenheter, till den utökade familjen. Delar av den hyrs nu ut. Från boendet är det 5 min promenad till tunnebanan (500m) , som tar dig till T-centralen (Centralstationen) på 16 minuter.
