Welcome to Bluff! We don’t to surprise you so please read carefully before you decide to book. This a unit within a duplex building and it’s an old building，the walls are fairly thin. If someone is staying next door you will be able to to hear them. So please do not book if this will bother you. Adding on to that, for the same reason, the place can host up to 8 adult guests (free to bring your little ones if they don't mind squeezing in on the king bed/sofa). We look forward to hosting you！

Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Surrounded by some of NZ's finest examples of native dune totara bush, multiple bush walks on the doorstep. Wake up to the sounds of bellbirds, tuis, the woosh of wood pigeons, and the curious, friendly fantails. Plenty of additional off-street parking is available, please advise your requirements when booking.
