Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

We are located right in the center of all the things you come to Lancaster County to see. Close to it all yet back in the woods for some peace and quiet when you’re done for the day.

Our Conestoga wagon is tucked in a campsite along the woods at the Dutch Cousin Campground located near Denver, Pennsylvania. The triple-layer waterproof “bonnet” provides a year-round climate-controlled (with heat & a/c) environment.
