We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Situated on the fifth floor, this airy and light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. There is free parking available closeby. This place serves as a safe space for every person. 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Regional- und S-Bahn in 10 Gehmin. (9 Min. Fahrt zum Potsdamer Platz), Bus in 3 Min. Entf., Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, Bioladen, Wochenmarkt).

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.
