It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. The River Gowan runs directly outside and there are a variety of stunning walks from the front door. The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.

It is cosy, warm and full of modern amenities such as underfloor heating and a log burning stove. From the front door there are footpaths to Staveley village with its selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Only 15 minutes drive to Lake Windermere - it's a fantastic base to explore The Lake District. Afternoons on the patio watching the sheep are highly recommended!

Fellfoot Cottage is a 19th century bobbin mill workers cottage in Staveley at the mouth of the Kentmere Valley, surrounded by stunning scenery. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a log burning fire, original floorboards and a window seat, leading through to a dining kitchen with a further log burning fire. To the rear is an outhouse and a detached rear garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a family bathroom.
