Kishauwau's Starved Rock Area Cabins - Studio (Bridge) Cabin - sleeps either 3 adults or 2 adults/2 kids

Friday & Saturday nights must be booked together for a weekend stay here. It will allow you to book it but we will not be able to accommodate as we just don't allow check ins or outs on Saturdays. Airbnb does not collect county taxes so guests will receive a funds request from us for that amount. Guests of Kishauwau's Starved Rock Area Cabins enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we offer. Roomy, well spaced cabins provide the privacy our guests are looking for. Bridge cabin offers a studio atmosphere with only the bathroom walled off separately. It has 1 queen sized bed and a separate fold out futon so may have either a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults/2 smaller kids. The bathroom has a standard bathtub/shower combination so you step into the tub to get a shower. Every cabin here offers a full kitchen, central heating & air, covered porch with porch swing and personal outdoor bonfire pit with picnic table & grill.

Historic Lodge & CCC Craftsmanship: Designated as a National Historic Landmark, the park was developed in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). They built the extensive stone stairways and the iconic Starved Rock Lodge using native materials to complement the landscape.
