Beach Apartment with Garden in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

Luxury apartment in Villa Eleonora by the beach

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Apartment for 4 people located in a calm and peaceful area of Novalja (island of Pag, Croatia) yet not far from the centre of town. Suitable for couples, families with children or pets, sporty people and retired people or anyone willing to relax, refresh and renew in the vicinity of the sea. Apartment is located in a private house. The owners live in the same house. Grill and pool areas are shared with guests from other 4 apartments in the house.
