Βρισκόμαστε σε απόσταση 500μ. από την παραλία "Στάφυλος" και 3χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Σκοπέλου.Το τριώροφο οίκημα βρίσκεται σε ιδιόκτητο οικόπεδο 2 στρεμμάτων γεμάτο οπωροφόρα δέντρα και είναι χτισμένο σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του νησιού. Το δωμάτιό σας είναι δυτικό με θέα καταπράσινα βουνά!
