Once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Traditional house with a contemporary style. We're ideal for Alton Towers & Cbeebies land and close to the M6 half way between The North West and the West Midlands. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and 7 at a push. Lots of space to chill out including a private garden for some fresh air. There's a large fully equipped Kitchen, a spacious dining area and a lounge to relax. There are 2 bedrooms including a triple bed and a huge luxurious bathroom with a stand alone bath and separate shower.

Located off a private lane in a charming village on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, the property is just a short drive from the Alton Towers resort, Foxtail Barns wedding venue, the Derbyshire Peak District and the historic county town of Stafford.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It sleeps 4 and is perfect for a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
