High Tide is the upper unit in my Triplex in St.Augustine Beach - SAGE TIDES - on the East side of A1A Beach Blvd (i.e. no street to cross!). Two large bedrooms with a new KING bed and a Queen and a rollaway. Walking distance to everything - bring your flip flops - stay awhile! On a dead end road, two houses from the beach make it a 90sec walk to the sand dunes and ocean! Two decks to catch the breezes, morning & night! The decks are only accessible by your unit. Bonus - Pet friendly!

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

This very private studio apartment is on Anastasia Island, with its own entrance across the street to Anastasia State Park, which includes the St. Augustine Amphitheater in a quiet, friendly beach neighborhood. This ideal location is quite literally "a walk in the park" to a beautiful undeveloped Florida beach; or a 10 minute drive across the famous Bridge of Lions to historic downtown St. Augustine – with quick access to the many local attractions and great restaurants in the area.

The Crescent Moon, east of A-1A, is a charming 1/1 cottage, for small family, 2 friends or one couple. ONE CAR ONLY. Pet friendly cottage and beach. Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 50 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.
