Step from the lively harbor side of a working fishing village into the haven of this stunning 18th-century converted net loft. With gorgeous designer touches highlighting the period charm, this home blends the 18th- and 21st-centuries seamlessly pairing a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oriental rugs and Asian accents. On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Trefranck farmhouse Annex is situated on a working farm. The barn is a beautiful modern self contained place. Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. We are located just off the A395, 8 miles to Launceston & 8 miles to Camelford, 4miles Davidstow. Perfect to explore Cornwall

Beach apartment next to beach and golf course.

One bedroom apartment within 2 minute walk from Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa, 18 hole cliff top golf course and stunning 2 mile long beach with Pop up bars, Restaurants and Water Sports Center (high season only). Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

The Lodge, Mid Cornwall, with Parking

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Asterisk Cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroomed top flat, situated in the heart of Cornwall, in the grounds of a family home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a serving hatch that looks through to the light and spacious living area, which comprises a dining room table and chairs and a seating area with a smart tv. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

Separate access door with coded key lock. Outdoor storage for boards and beach equipment + outdoor shower. Parking for one vehicle. Really amazing location and views.

The Waterwheel Apartment, Charlestown, St Austell

The Waterwheel Apartment is only 500m from the picturesque fishing village of Charlestown, its harbour, beaches, restaurants and pubs. The port is a designated World Heritage Site, so unique, the TV series Poldark has recently been filmed here. The south coast of Cornwall is perfect for exploring the rest of the county. The world famous Eden Project is just 3 miles away. The apartment is ideal for couples, families with children and business trips.

It is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic countryside views. The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. This is ideal for anyone who would prefer to avoid steps. Our apartment has been awarded 4 stars by VisitEngland. It has its own parking space and is approx 10-15 min walk into Fowey or a 5 min drive. It is a 5 minute walk from the main bus route in and out of Fowey. The nearest beaches are Readymoney and Polkerris.

Little Lladnar is a self contained one bedroomed annex to our lovely home in the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey. Comfortable with a light and airy décor, we are just a few minutes walk to the picturesque harbour, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The space includes a kitchenette, one bedroom, a lounge and a shower room with sink and toilet and has it's own entrance and outside seating areas for you to enjoy.

A modern first floor apartment finished to a high standard and set within a private gated community in Carlyon Bay. Inside, find a spacious kitchen with plenty of mod cons, including a 5 ring gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. This overlooks the open plan, newly furnished living and dining space with a large farmhouse table, sofas and a smart TV with Apps. There are also two free private parking spaces.
