Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! A self-contained 1 bed apartment adjoining a mature family house. The flat has its own entrance. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

With an average of 28m² of space, our luxurious Locke Studios have it all (and more). There’s room to relax, with a 150cm x 200cm UK king-size bed and one-of-a-kind, handmade sofa. Space to live, with a fully-equipped kitchen including a dining table, washer/dryer, dishwasher and lots of designer cooking gear. Plus all the Locke perks, including air-conditioning, a super-strong rainfall shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, private Wi-Fi and a Smart HDTV for streaming.

Log cabin

The cabin is small and cozy with 2 bedrooms which has a double bed in each room, just be aware if booking for 4 people the cabin is tight for space. Local shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Bus number 15 to city centre is a 24 hour service with a journey time of 25 minutes to 40 minutes depending upon traffic conditions. Train station 10 minutes walk. Airport is less than 15 drive time. The coastal towns of Malahide and Howth are close by and highly recommended to visit.

You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
