Our apartment is located in quiet part of Novi Sad where you will always easily find parking. We are still not that far from city center as well and just on few steps away from city public beach Strand. Listing have spacious space that includes living space with two couches and self-sustaining aquarium, well equipped kitchen, dinning area and working area. In bedroom beside really comfortable bed, you will also find small working area, closet for your stuff and big mirror. Super clean bathroom.

Apartment is very well-equipped, and he has everything you need for your stay in short or long period. The city centre is 15 minutes by walk, and Danube river with big sand beach is just 20minutes away. The new popular shopping mall "Promenada" is 5 minutes away. Bakery, supermarkets are near... Self check in.

The nice and comfortable flat at perfect location for city explorers. Location is at walk distance to many places of interest to visitors. There is a paid public street parking. Nice cafes are very near to go out to and have a drink or two and a meal or takeaway during day or at evening. The flat have a nice balcony with a view at mountain Fruška gora. There is a kitchen with a big dining table equipped to prepare and eat for six. Flat is 80 meter square and can host from 2-6 persons.

Lana's Liman Park Apartment

Dear Guests, Bright apartment, perfect for business trips and short and long term vacation stays. Freshly renovated and well equipped. The Danube, a large park for nice walks and the beautiful beach are near (10 minutes walk; perfect for a morning run). The City centre, Fair and University are 20 minutes away walk. Cafes, supermarkets and good shopping are in the near vicinity as well! Parking is free right next to the building. Please Note that everyone is welcome! :)

Luxury designed 2-bedroom / free parking / 70sqm

Advantages we like to put out is that is really spacious, even for groups of four, it is in really nice neighborhood, parking is free and its not far from center, 15-20min walk or 5min (5€ cab) ride. We are trying to keep status of superhosts and its really not hard job knowing you are making your guests happier with what you do. So I would encourage potential guests to read reviews of former ones and decide on their own.

The location is great for visitors since the most of city attractions are reachable by foot: 10 minutes to the main city square, 3 minutes to SPENS sports center and Promenada shopping mall.
