Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge. There is also a natural gas bbq available for guests to use.

Adventure access is only 5 minutes in all directions or you can just relax here and let the kids run around the large yard and park across the street.
