Here you’ll find a unique hideaway in the middle of the city Barrie with gorgeous lake views as far as the eye can see. ♥️ Only one hour drive from Toronto. Walking distance to everywhere (shoppers,restaurants, cinemas….) ♥️This home including new furniture, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and all other appliances ! Walk out the back door and be greeted by our updated dock where you can fish for pike, perch, pickerel and bass.

2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

Come and stay at our beautifully renovated *all-season* beachfront cottage and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Georgian Bay! You'll discover the cottage sitting atop a sand dune, right on one of the most stunning freshwater beaches in the world. This rare location hosts a private covered deck hovering over the white sand, in a beach house closer to the bay than anywhere else around! Summer guests also enjoy use of a heated salt water pool and large resort deck created by Paul Lafrance.

Myra's Cozy Place in Barrie

Myra's Cozy Place is close to Downtown, Barrie which is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shops and banks. We are near to Kempenfelt Bay and Centennial Beach. We are two blocks away from the City Hall and McLaren Art Center. The property is a walkout basement. The guests have a direct access to the backyard (we'll not give key to the guests for security reasons). They will be using the side door as their entrance door using a code. We can also offer Level 2 EV charging upon request.

Ski, Swim, Soak, Boat & Golf

Renovated 2 storey cottage overlooking beautiful Orr Lake. Ski at Mt. St. Louis Moonstone or Horseshoe Valley. Both 13 minutes away. A heated swimming pool in the summer and a hot tub all year. Canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or golfing across the street. Fully equipped kitchen. Livingroom includes an overhead projector, plus as a second floor Family room with a Wet Bar. 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, & 3 Baths. Max occupancy: 10 adults or 12 including children under 13. Parking for 5 cars.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
