With access to the public side bring your own boat or rent one from the marinas located nearby. The home is near restaurants, breweries and wineries. Clean, well-maintained home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. Two rooms with Queen beds. Day bed with twin pullout.

Rest in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg! You’ll stay in the lower level apartment of this historic home. Constructed during the Revolution, and used as a hospital during the Civil War, this home is directly across from the visitor center, within steps of landmarks, awesome restaurants, taprooms, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away or historic excursion. The newly constructed River Front Park sits at the rear of the property and is awesome for the little ones.

There are private trails on the property if you want to explore nature, or you can enjoy the many amenities this home has to offer. Horses are located next door and can be visited during your stay. This is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting less noise, more nature, small town vibes, water sports and lake life.

Family-friendly basement apartment conveniently located off Rt 3 in Fredericksburg. Minutes to shopping and restaurants, downtown and convention center. Spacious two bedrooms and one bath. Kitchenette, living room and dining room. Separate entrance. Kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee pot, electric skillet, crockpot and hot water kettle. It does not have a stove top or oven.
