Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June–1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms almost directly on the sea. A small cozy complex with a courtyard and a swimming pool for adults and children. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a cozy kitchen with all necessary equipment, a bedroom with an internal shower and toilet, a second bedroom, a separate toilet with a shower and two verandas. To the sea 50 meters, to shops (Lidl) 5 minutes , to cafes and restaurants 7 minutes on foot. Incredible sea view, spacious apartment for 5 adults.

This is a lovely private apartment with one bedroom with a KING size bed (220 cm X 200 cm). A cozy living room with a fully fitted kitchen area with a stove, microwave, dish washing and clothes washing machines. All you need for a comfortable seaside vacation. The living room/kitchen area features a pull out sofa comfortably sleeping two people (160 cm X 200 cm). A full bathroom with a shower stall, a corridor / walk-in area and a balcony with garden furniture - a table and 2 chairs.

Studio with sea view - Deep Blue Guesthouse

Deep Blue Guesthouse is situated in the Old town of Sozopol just on the waterfront and offers fabulous views over the sea, the rocks and the nearby two islands. Our studio on the last floor has air conditioning, cable TV and internet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave suitable for preparing snacks, but not for real meals. It's one common space divided into a bedroom zone and a living room zone with a coach where additional 2 people can sleep.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
