Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its ranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery!
