Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub.
