We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Belle Vue Cottage - East Toowoomba

Exquisite 1900s colonial cottage nestled in the prestigious East Toowoomba, set on a large fully fenced block. Quiet street, secure on-site parking & electric gate for up to 4 vehicles. Walking distance to St Vincents Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar, Queens Park, CBD, cafes & restaurants. 4 bedrooms with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms. Accommodation for up to 8 people (incl detached studio room for bookings over 6 people). The cottage is fully airconditioned and has a gas fireplace for winter warmth.

Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

This charming 1920's cottage is full of character with high ceilings, decorative fireplace and combustion stove, 3 generous sized bedrooms, full family bathroom and en-suite and sunlit back deck. Jampot Cottage is located within walking distance to Laurel Bank Park, St Marys and Glennie Schools. Both the Toowoomba CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and Clifford Gardens shopping centre are also just a stones throw away. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry are provided as well as a dedicated work space.

Close to the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk to a warm, character filled hotel, and in close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, and Toowoomba's famous parks and gardens. "Luton House" is the ideal location to enjoy everything Toowoomba has to offer.

Gabbinbar 7 bedroom family home,

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

They offer 1x Queen bed plus 2 bedrooms with 2x king -single beds. ✔︎ For access to the 4th bedroom (with king single plus trundle bed), please book for 7 or 8 people. ✔︎ For access to the double sofa bed, please book for 9 people. ✔︎ We can sleep up to 10 people in total, across 8 beds (inc sofa bed). Please adjust your guest numbers accordingly. The booking platform will automatically calculate the total accommodation cost :)
