The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Hear the birds singing from the sanctuary next door and the bubbling backyard fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers as you relax in this unique rustic/industrial/eclectic space with gorgeous bay sunset views and a private front row seat to fireworks over the bay. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
