A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds.
