Jan's studio lies at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, and is less than 3 km to Hobart and Salamanca, with its popular Saturday market.

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms.
