Fabulous South Lamar Condominium with Luxury Touches

Look no further, you have found what you are looking for! Be close to everything great in Austin and relax in a stylish comfortable condo that has everything you need. You will love the open concept Living Room! The floor-plan is a great use of space for relaxing and watching the wall mounted 50" TV on the sofa bed couch, dining in the dining area on a modern Tulip table, or cooking in the feature and appliance complete kitchen. The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment. The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, and granite tile vanity counter tops and features a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress! The entire condo unit is available for guests. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything during your stay! South Lamar is a 10-minute car ride from downtown and Barton Springs, yet tucked away in a residential area. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are a walk away, while a short drive to South Congress delivers great shopping and buzzing nightlife. However you want to get around in Austin you are covered. There are plenty of great things to drive, bike, or walk to. There are multiple bus stops 10 to 20 minutes walk away. Taxi, uber and lyft will be great options for getting around as well. If you do rent a car, there is a reserved parking spot and also plenty of parking on the street. From Bergstrom Airport a taxi will cost between $23 and $33 depending on traffic. This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!

Our garage apartment, built in 2014, is completely separate from the main house on our property. We live in Austin's Rosedale neighborhood - a super quiet historic neighborhood located in Central Austin. Guests have access to the entire private garage apartment which is fully detached from our main house where we live. Guests may also access the garage to store bicycles, strollers and other bulky items. We greet our guests and then are happy to provide guidance and advice as necessary. Enjoy your stay! Rosedale is located in Central Austin, just a few minutes from downtown. It is right next to the Shoal Creek hike and bike trail, making it easy to bike to downtown Austin. The MetroRapid bus stop for Rosedale is a short walk from our house. We have plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of hour house. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a completely separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities.
