This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Enjoy your private, toasty sauna, some quality exercise gear if you like to workout, a cosy courtyard, and a stunning beach just across the road. You can cruise around the area on two adult bikes, explore beautiful views on surrounding scenic trails, and unwind in a calm, kid-friendly beachside setting. This comfortable, fully equipped holiday home boasts water frontage and magnificent views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington and is ideal for either short or long-term stays The house has four spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. There is also a large timber sundeck, with outdoor setting and BBQ, as well as undercover parking. Just 40 minutes from Hobart and 30 minutes from Hobart Airport, the house is only metres from the water and close to nearby shops, surf beaches and parks.

Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.
