Kingfisher enjoys a riverside setting located directly on the Coleridge Way, nestled in a valley between The Quantocks AONB and Exmoor National Park, Kingfishers & Otters reside on the river. Ideally suited to guests who like nature, the countryside and walking, there are no nightclubs. The West Somerset Heritage Steam Railway can be seen from the hut and is accesible. Kingfisher is located privately screened in our large garden surrounded by farmland and countryside. We welcome friendly guests

We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Beautifully crafted, heated by woodburner and offering enchanting views, this cosy shepherd's hut is away from everyone in its very own secluded wild paddock, only a mile from the village pub, shop and post office. Entertainment is by way of board games, books, and a portable DVD player. The hut has an en suite with hot water, shower, toilet, and basin. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the fire pit while snuggling up together. A real escape.

This self-contained shepherd's hut is perfect for one or two people to immerse themselves in true rural relaxation, whilst being close to the beautiful market towns of Frome and Bruton. Whether sat outside soaking up the views in the sunshine, or snuggled up by the wood burner on a rainy day, The Green Hut is the ideal place to unwind.

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.
