Comfy caravan has a tranquil vibe. The safe, gated access includes a patio with outside table and chairs/parasol. The t.v. has Netflix/ Prime plus a stock of dvd's and board games. The master bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe, dressing table with space for a cot if required. Please Note : you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Onsite swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym available at extra cost.

The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. Gas central heating, double glazing and well insulated. Access to the beach and to coastal path normally directly from the site (temporarily closed due to storm damage).

Beautiful family house with spectacular views from most rooms across the Bristol Channel to Wales and over Lynmouth village.The house is situated directly on the South West coast path on the hill between Lynton and Lynmouth with easy access on foot to both with all their amenities.There are five bedrooms along with two sitting rooms .There is a lovely terrace with a small table overlooking the sea. The Snug is a charming one bedroom annexe conveniently situated a 2 minute walk from the beach and South West Coast Path and 1 minute away from the first tee at the Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club, Somersets oldest Golf Course. The Snug is a newly renovated annexe attached to our family home which has been converted from an old store that dates back to the 1600s. It is a warm, cosy space with all the home comforts you might need.
