Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. Escape to the countryside in our cosy two bedroomed fully contained annex. Wonderful views and countryside walks in our 23 acre plot with 8 acres of ancient woodland to explore. To the rear of the property, windows overlook the paddock where our resident donkeys live. The annex is fully insulated and heated throughout by individually controlled heating so you will be warm and comfortable all year round. Young children must be kept under close supervision as the property is not child safe.
