Dein Schlaf ist dir heilig und beim Kochen legst Du Wert auf scharfe Messer? → hochwertige Matratzen (2x 90cmx200cm, erneuert: 02/2024 und 01/2026), → moderne Klimaanlage von LG, → schnelles W-LAN (600 Mbits), → Spülmaschine von Bosch, → Backoffen von Siemens und Herd von Bosch, → Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer & Besteck von WMF & Tefal, → Kaffeemaschine, Toaster & elektrische Zitronenpresse, → Waschmaschine von AEG. Die Endreinigungspauschale beträgt 70 Euro (ab 09/26: 80 Euro) und ist vor Abreise zu zahlen. Die gesamte Wohnung und auch die Terrasse sind Nichtraucherbereich. Unsere Unterkunft ist nicht für Kinder unter 12 Jahren geeignet.

Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Eine große, uneinsehbare Innenterrasse mit großem Jacuzzi, Liegen und einem Sitz-Loungebereich laden Sie zum Verweilen ein. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer finden Sie jeweils einen Flachbildfernseher mit deutschen/internationalen Fernseh- und Radioprogrammen.

Perfekt für Badeurlauber.
