Welcome to the luxury Ailyak Chalet (Айляк Хижа) – a peaceful & spacious 2015 built wooden house with 2 bedrooms located on the outskirts of the village of Raduil, just 6km (15min drive) from the Borovets ski resort. You’ll love the house because of the coziness, comfortable beds, the high ceilings, the views, the wood fired hot tub, the Wi-Fi and the great location only 5 minutes walk into village center for the restaurant. It is the perfect place either for a relaxing or adventurous holiday.

The place is really calm, quiet and in the nature! We made a dance studio here and tried to fit in, and not destroy nature. Just five people live in the village. It is one hour away from Sofia by car, but the difference is huge. There are beautiful views, a small lake, a river gully, a small church. But what I really like is that I can peacefully work in a natural and calm place.This allows me to get in deep concentration! It is good for couples, families(kids love to be here), soloadventurers.

Beautiful large chalet-summer or winter ski trips

Chalet Mechka is a large stylish chalet nestled in the forest. It sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms. 2 x king bedrooms, 1 x twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a room for 5, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a pull out bed. It is furnished to a high standard and has stunning views of the Rila mountains and ski slopes. It has a private in-house sauna plus shared hot tub and heated swimming pool (ski season) in the main building - pool towels are provided. The complex also has a lovely bistro and mini mart.

Ski Chalet Four Seasons

Immaculate ski chalet run by English, German, Dutch and Russian speaking ski instructor. The chalet is just 10 mins drive from the ski slopes in Borovets. The nightly price for winter season 2024/2025 is 35 € per adult, for children up to 12 years old - 28 € and free for children up to 5 years old. This price includes accommodation, breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi, daily transfer to the ski slopes, welcome meal and drinks. All fees are included. The summer season price does not include breakfast.

Pine scent, Govedartsi, Samokov

Newly opened guest house “Pine scent”, village of Govedartsi, 70 km. from Sofia, at the foot of Rila. Winter vacation in the mountains – 10 km from the ski complex “Malyovitsa” and 20 km from the ski center “Borovets”. The house has two spacious rooms, modernly furnished with large, comfortable bedrooms, king size. One room also has a bunk bed. Guests have at their disposal a spacious living room, with comfortable upholstered furniture and a fully equipped modern kitchen, 4K TV and WI-FI.

Traditional 2 bedroomed Villa Boro Green, only 3 minutes away from the Gondola station in Borovets , in a quiet area next to a beautiful pine forest. Cleaning schedule: Emptying the bins and supply of toilet paper every other day. For reservations 4-7 nights you will receive fresh towels in the middle of your stay. For reservations 7-10 nights you will receive fresh towels two times and bed linen once. Dish washing is not offered as a service. Given prices include only accommodation.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Prices are pppn: further discounts given when groups of 5,10 or 15 people.The price I will quote is the total inclusive of airport transfers use of sauna,hot tub,tavern etc.
