Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

King size bed (180 cm broad / 6' broad). Not much traffic outside since the road is a dead end. Spacious bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. No limitations to warm water since it's heated centrally. I rent out my apartment only when I travel. Thus it feels like a real home and not an airbnb skeleton.
