Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

HAY Apartment Bled

Hay Apartment Bled is a cosy, ground-floor studio-apartment with a private garden. Well equipped kitchen, king size bed (200*200), bathroom, sofa with a TV corner and a small garden with a sitting lounge. Renovated in 2022. Ideal for two guest. Free privat parking is in front of the apartment building. Hay’s location is in the very center of Bled with 10 minutes walk to the Bled lake. Bus stop (Bled Union), bakery, gas station, restaurants and local market are just around the corner.

Best Lake View Apartment

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Welcome to our freshly renovated and cosy decorated charming studio in a more then 250 years old farm house, which is walking distance to Bled (2 km) in a peaceful surrounding with breath-taking views to Bled castle, picturesque small church, Triglav and surrounding mountains. The studio is spacious, bright and freshly renewed. It includes double king size bed, kitchen (fully equipped), living room, bathroom and a balcony with magnificent view to Bled Castel and surrounding mountains.

VALERIJA-Apartmaji pri Kozmavo-Little house

The house is on a quiet place where we have 4 apartments and 3 glamping little houses. In front is a lawn which you can use for recreation. Place is suitable for families and guests. It is a good starting point for hiking surrounding Julian Alpss, in the village is begining of cycling trail. Apartment is adapted for the disabled. Turist tax is 2€ per night per person and it is not included in the price. The apartments are not intended for parties. Night peace is from 10:00pm-7:00am.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Emerald pearl at Most na Soči is lovely flat with a perfect view over Soča river and Most na Soči Lake. With all the appliances that you need, this modern apartment can fulfill all your wishes. Beautiful confluence of Soča and Idrijca river that you can see from the window and the emerald touches in the living room will make you feel even closer to the amazing nature. Since you are right on spot, this is a perfect take off for all the activities in Soča valley.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.
