Constructed in the mid 1800’s, the Lazy 8 was remodeled in 1973. The core was renovated and wings were added onto both sides. In 2023 the property was completely renovated with modern materials, updated technology and added unique touches. Our creek front property provides an excellent fishing spot that the local community refers to as "The Commons." Enjoy the private outdoor area while still being conveniently in town. This special house was created in 2005 by a man who relocated here from Long Island, NY. It is far from your typical farm house in Snyder County, but with all the same great views and privacy.
