This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

This little house is centrally located in town, one minute walk to the coffee shop and Barleys sports bar and grill. A very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house is cozy and well equip. There are golf clubs, a kayak, a paddle board as well as fishing gear with poles and an ice chest available if prior arrangements are made. Also a pack and play upon request. An hour drive to skiing/snowboarding and mountain biking. Our area is also awesome for off-road riding.
