On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
