Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Downstairs in the daylight basement, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 2 twins. Sleeps up to 8 guests! Great location- walk to Albertsons or CVS or restaurants!

This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star-gazer's paradise! 45 minutes to Guadalupe Mountain National Park where you can summit the highest point in Texas or go a little further to Carlsbad Caverns. Dell City is 13 miles north of 62/180 midway between El Paso, TX and Carlsbad, NM. Fly in or drive in - either way you are welcome!

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
